A job in teaching is a challenging and rewarding career option. If you are interested in a career in teaching in an independent school then why not attend one of the teacher taster days being offered by ISC schools. A list of ISC schools offering teacher taster days is available here.
Teacher taster days are designed for undergraduates or post graduates who are interested in teaching; teachers in the state sector who would like to find out more about teaching in the independent sector; and individuals interested in a career change.
We also have information on what it is like to teach in the independent sector here.
